Return Policy:

All sales from Grad Extravaganza are final, we are unable to accept returns.

Pick-Up Orders (Online, IOU, & previously out of stock items):

In accordance with University guidelines, our office is closed to both staff and students. We are currently in the process of working out the best way we can safely get your items to you as soon as possible. Students will be notified when we come to a decision on how this will happen.

Cap and Gown Sales:

Cap and gown products are now available for purchase through our online store. Although we are no longer offering a pick-up option, orders are being processed online. You will receive a notification from the online store with a status update once your order has shipped. The safety and health of our employees are very important, and we appreciate your
patience. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, all sales are final. 
Other commemorative items such as diploma frames and class rings are also available for purchase on the Jostens website.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transitional period for us and congratulations on your achievements at the University of Michigan. We understand the lack of a formal graduation ceremony is extremely disappointing for both students and parents, but want to emphasize that your accomplishments and legacy here are not diminished because of it. Go Blue! 

Yearbooks:

 

When/how will I be able to receive my copy of the 2019-2020 Michiganesian?

Yearbooks are currently being shipped out and should arrive no later than mid-June.
